Hope you've recovered from last Sunday! Managed to miss your last blog Sunday morning so turned up at 3:00pm at the Footbridge, then discoverd later after an hour waiting in hope that you were ill! Still, enjoyed watching the southern tunnels! Yes it is actually amazing to watch - they just don't understand...
There was a 40 MPH speed restriction in the southbound tunnel at the time due I think to a broken down scooter as one was parked by the north entrance!
Will miss the meeting this Sunday if it's able to happen but would like to pass on my own thanks for your blogs, getting so many others involved. Although I don't live near/travel normally through Hindhead/on the A3, my Sister lives at Bramshott Chase and we have lived through all of the construction of the tunnels over the years. I was there through the southbound tunnel on the 27th July and many times since!

Hello All. Am I alone in having a Garmin sat nav that is a year old, with the latest map update, that STILL doesn't know that the tunnels exist and wants to send me on the old A3!
