The A3 Tunnel is an important road construction programme in Hndhead, Surrey, UK. The tunnel is 1.9km in length and the longest non estuary tunnel in the country. The tunnel and this blog have also been featured on BBC Radio Solent, BBC South Today, Meridian Tonight and a host of newspapers.

Nice pics! I am looking forward to going up there to have a look, havent been to the A3 in months! I guess the north portal is where its all "kicking off" at the moment? It will be good to see all this stuff I have been learning about at uni in action!
