The above photo is of the Boundless underpass.I also noticed, driving home from work tonight, that someone has put a banner on the fencing, does anyone know what it says or what it is for?

I saw a banner by Hammer Lane saying something along the lines of 'Improving the Image of Construction'
As a Haslemere resident who uses the A3 to get to work, I would like to say that these websites on the construction of the tunnel are appreciated.
