Just a quick note to pass our condolances onto Gummybear's family after loving Husband and Father Roy passed away today peacefully. Aged 60 and a local resident of nearly 40 years, he was surely taken before his time.
An avid supporter of the tunnel and a regular visitor to both the northern and southern ends since the start, and a great assistance in running this website, he will be sorely missed.

Sad and a mystery to lose such a faithful brother in Christ. Roy acknowledged the sovereignty and righteousness of God and knew that his redeemer lives indeed; now he sees Him face to face.
